COMMERCIAL PLOWING
Snow plowing and de-icing services to maintain your property and keep it reasonably clear and at all times. We will arrive at your property during every snowfall event when 1-2 inches of accumulation is expected. During heavy snow storms and/or blizzards we will keep the main parts of the parking lot reasonably clear of snow and we will return to do a final clean-up at the end of the storm/blizzard. You are NOT charged for each time we arrive at your property. You are charged by how much total accumulation for each snow event regardless of how many time we are on your property.

YEARLY/MONTHLY BUDGET PLANS
Do you need to stick to a yearly/monthly budget? This plan is perfect for EVERYONE.
One low MONTHLY fee can cover all snow plowing for the year. No blizzard fees, no big snowplowing bills! The amount will never change throughout the term of two full seasons.

SNOW SEASON PASS
We’ll get you set up.
As the season kicks off, our team will visit your location to prepare your driveway for servicing. With precision and care, we’ll position FORTITUDE Snow markers on both sides of your driveway, establishing clear boundaries for our equipment to service.
Our team goes to work.
Sit back and unwind as we take care of everything for you! During the season, our team will be promptly deployed whenever there’s a snow accumulation of 2 in or more. Be assured that we’ll also conduct cleanup runs on days of heavy snow, ensuring debris or blockages from city plows are promptly removed.

This is a one time seasonal fee. Pay once and never spend another dime for snow removal for the entire season.

STANDARD RESIDENTIAL SERVICE
Just like the Season Pass except;

Your credit/debit card will be billed at the agreed rate for each visit, after each snowfall event. Credit Cards must be left "on file" in our encrypted system and auto billed accepted. Our employees will never have access to your credit/debit information.

Salting Driveway; we can salt your driveway, additional fees will apply.
